染液中活性染料组分的浓度测定
Determination of Concentration of Reactive Dyes Components in Dye Solution
【摘要】 建立了混合体系中活性染料三组分浓度同时测定的方法。通过均匀没计建立校正集和检验集样本,采用改进的最小偏二乘法法(PLS)对体系的380—750nm波段可见吸收光谱进行回归分析,建立同时测定该体系多组分含量的数学模型,并将该模型用于活性染料染色过程中染料浓农度的检测,结果表明模型有较好的预测能力。该方法为染色过程中染料浓度的在线监测技术的发展提供了参考。
【Abstract】 A method was established to simultaneously determine concentrations of three reactive dyes in mixture systems.The calibration set and the prediction set were designed by uniform design, and the visible absorption spectra of 380—750nm band were conducted regression analysis using improved partial least squares(PLS),the mathematical model of the three-component system was built.The model was applied to detection of the dye concentrations in the dyeing process.The results show that the model has a better predictive ability.This method provides a reference for online monitoring technology of the dyeing concentration of dyeing process.
