低氟砖茶预防不同类型饮茶型氟中毒效果分析

【摘要】 目的观察低氟砖茶预防单纯性饮茶型、饮茶饮水混合型氟中毒效果。方法在无工业污染的磋岗镇分别选择水含氟量<1.20 mg/L和>1.20 mg/L的两个嘎查,连续3年投放含氟量<150 mg/kg不含添加剂的低氟砖茶。检测预防前后砖茶、奶茶、尿含氟量、骨密度(BMD)及人日均经砖茶摄氟量,评价低氟砖茶预防不同类型饮茶型氟中毒效果。结果单纯性饮茶型氟中毒组饮水含氟量(0.63±0.21)mg/L;预防试验前后奶茶含氟量分别为(3.25±2.23)mg/L、(0.91±0.42)mg/L,尿含氟量分别为(2.69±1.43)mg/L、(1.48±0.68)mg/L,预防试验后显著低于预防试验前(t值分别为5.60、5.52,P<0.01);人日均经砖茶饮料摄氟量分别为(7.80±5.35)mg/d·人,(2.27±1.05)mg/d·人,预防试验后显著低于预防前(t值为9.77,P<0.01);BMD分别为0.448±0.094、0.465±0.100,预防试验后高于预防试验前(t=2.28,P<0.05)。混合性氟中毒组饮水含氟量为(1.97±0.84 mg)/L;预防实验前后奶茶含氟量分别为(3.56±2.32)mg/L、(1.69±0.58)mg/L,尿氟含量分别为(3.70±2.07)mg/L、(1.71±0.91)mg/L,预防试验后显著低于预防试验前(t值分别为3.58、4.65,P<0.05);人日均经砖茶饮料摄氟量分别为(8.90±5.80)mg/d·人、(4.05±1.39)mg/d·人,预防试验后显著低于预防前(t值为3.70,P<0.01);BMD分别为0.506±0.095、0.519±0.105,预防试验前后差异无统计学意义(t值为1.51,P>0.05)。结论饮低氟砖茶可预防不同类型饮茶型氟中毒,饮水饮茶混合型氟中毒病区在推广饮用低氟砖茶预防氟中毒的同时,应加大改水力度从根源上杜绝氟的摄入才能确保居民健康。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of low-fluorine brick tea to prevent simple fluorosis caused by drinking tea and mixed fluorosis caused by drinking tea and water.Methods Two villages where the water fluoride content was <1.20 mg/L and>l.2 mg/L in Cuogang Town,which was not polluted by industries,were selected. Low-fluorine brick tea with no additive and fluorine quantity <150 mg/kg was provided to the villagers for 3 years successively.Fluorine contents in brick tea,milk tea and urine were detected.The bone mineral density(BMD) and daily average fluoride intake from drinking brick tea before and after prevention were examined.The effect of low-fluoride brick tea to prevent different types of tea fluorosis was evaluated.Results The water fluoride content of simple fluorosis of drinking tea group was(0.63±0.21)mg /L.Before and after the trial,fluoride content in milk tea was(3.25±2.23) mg/L and(0.91±0.42) mg /L respectively;fluoride content in urine was(2.69±1.43) mg/L and(1.48±0.68) mg/L respectively,with statistical difference 0 = 5.60,5.52,P<0.01);daily average fluoride intake from brick tea was(7.80±5.35)mg/d and(2.27±1.05)mg / d,with significant difference(t= 9.77,P< 0.01);BMD was 0.448±0.094 and 0.465±0.100 respectively,with significant difference(r= 2.28,P<0.05). The drinking water fluoride content of mixed fluorosis group was(1.97±0.84 mg)/Ls fluoride content in milk tea before and after the prevention trial was(3.56±2.32)mg/L and(1.69 + 0.58)mg/L;fluoride content in urine was (3.70±2.07)mg/L(1.77±0.91)mg/L,with significant difference(t = 3.58,4.65,P<0.05);daily average fluoride intake from brick tea was(8.90±5.80)mg/d and(4.05±1.39)mg/d,with significant difference(t = 3.70,P< 0.01).BMD was 0.506±0.095 and 0.519±0.105 respectively,with no significant difference(t= 1.51,P> 0.05).Conclusions Drinking low-fluoride brick tea can prevent different types of fluorosis caused by drinking tea.In order to ensure the health of residents we should promote low-fluoride brick tea and increase water improvement efforts to eliminate the root causes of fluorine intake.
