【摘要】 本文主要分析了网络平台,特别是由越来越多的社团开发的为人本健康服务的数字化图书馆网络平台,扩大传统图书馆职能结构和人才需要,促进为健康服务的终端再开发,转化健康服务新理念。最近出现的结构传感监测系统在管理上的应用,可以借鉴其技术内涵应用到人本健康服务管理中来,使得传统生育计划行政管理,转化为层次网络信息平台的结构健康监测实时互动运作,进而实施优生优育人本健康服务新进展。现在数字化技术、传感技术、信号处理技术、网络技术和集成融合技术都已具备这种发展的支撑能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article mainly analyzed,new mode and so on for digitalization library services which applyed already information technologies from conventional library service by lots of examples. There were now telephone transmission,optical transmission,cellular wireless move( to 3G) ,radio broadcast and satellite communication to provide transmission conditions for internet. It was behaved that exchange visits of human-screen is rich and colorful. The end plate of internet screen was developed as so activities for human-centered. with researching of sensing and transducer deeply the structural health monitoring system would be developed to upgrade environment of human-centered health.
