【摘要】 目的为探讨治疗白塞病新方法,本研究创新性地将膀胱经背部注射玻璃酸钠和清热、解毒、活血中药——解毒活血汤相结合治疗白塞病,观察其临床疗效和机制。方法将42例患者简单随机分为两组,分别是膀胱经背部注射玻璃酸钠配合解毒活血汤组(24例)和单独解毒活血汤组(18例),对照观察治疗前后症状、体征、实验室检查等变化。结果膀胱经背部注射玻璃酸钠配合解毒活血汤组总有效率为95.83%,优于单独使用解毒活血汤组(72.22%);在症状、体征及实验室检查方面也优于此组(P<0.05)。结论膀胱经背部注射玻璃酸钠配合解毒活血汤治疗白塞病临床疗效良好,结合现代医学、中药药理学及经络的现代研究分析,其作用机制可能是通过抗炎、调节免疫功能、抗感染、改善微循环等方面,从多途径对白塞病发挥有效的治疗作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore a new method of treatment to Behcet’s disease(BD),this study, on the observation of therapeutic effect and its mechanism,Innovatively combined the treatments of Sodium Hyaluronate injection through bladder meridian in back and TCM-JieDuHuoXue decoction. Methods 42 cases were randomly divided into 2groups according to different treatments. They were the combination group that Sodium Hyaluronate injection through bladder meridian in back contained JieDuHuoXue decoction (24 cases) and JieDuHuoXue decoction (18 cases) group alone. The changes of symptoms, signs and laboratory tests would be studied after respective treatment. Results The research showed that the curative effect of the combination group was 95.83%, which was superior to the group of JieDuHuoXue decoction alone, which the curative effect was 72.22%.We drawed the conclusion that the combination treatment had a better curative effect to BD(P<0.05). Conclusion According to modern medicine, TCM pharmacology and modern analysis to meridian, the combination treatment exerted effect to BD through various aspects likely such as anti-infection, anti-inflammatory, regulating immune function and ameliorating blood circumstance.更多还原
