【摘要】 目的观察氯氮平治疗难治性分裂症的有效血药浓度是否存在民族差异。方法色谱柱SHIMADZU C18(5μm,150 mm×4.6 mm);流动相为甲醇-乙腈-水-正丁胺-冰乙酸(10∶34∶35∶1.0∶0.6);流速:1.15 mL·min-1;柱温:40℃;检测波长:254 nm。蒙古族和汉族难治性分裂症患者各30例,用HPLC法测定精神病人体内氯氮平血清药物浓度,疗效和不良反应分别采用阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)和治疗不良反应量表(TESS)评定。用SPSS20.0进行统计分析。结果氯氮平能有效治疗难治性分裂症,蒙古族患者组与汉族患者组平均有效剂量分别为(367.19±74.56),(350.96±102.59)mg·d-1(P>0.05),氯氮平血清药物浓度分别为(511.18±261.11),(545.47±208.99)μg·mL-1(P>0.05)。结论氯氮平血药浓度在汉族和蒙古族间不存在明显差异。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the difference on the effective plasma concentration of the clozapine between the Han and Mongolian nationality in patients with refractory chizophrenia.Methods The compounds were separated on a SHIMADZU C 18 column(5 μm,150 mm×4.6 mm).The mobile phase was a mixture of methanol-water-buty-lamine-glacial acetic acid,the flow rate was 1.15 mL·min-1.The column temperature was 40 ℃.The UV detector was set at 254 nm.Mongolian and Han nationality patients(both,n=30) with refractory schizophrenia were involved.Clozapine plasma concentrations were determined by HPLC.Efficacy and side reaction were measured by the Positive and Negative Syndrone Scale(PANSS) scores and Treatment Effect Side Scale scores(TESS).The data processing was conducted by SPSS 20.0.Results The effective daily average dose of clozapine in the Mongolian and Han groups are(367.19±74.56),(350.96±102.59) mg·d-1respectively.The effective average plasma concentration of clozapine in the Mongolian and Han groups are(511.18±261.11),(545.47±208.99) μg· mL-1,respectively.No statistically significant differences in effective daily dose of clozapine between the groups(P>0.05).Though clozapine plasma concentration of the Han patients is higher than that of Mongolian patients,but there is no statistically significant difference between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion There were no significant national difference of clozapine plasma concentration between the Han nationality and Mongolian nationality.更多还原
