【摘要】 目的研究炔雌醇环丙孕酮治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)伴不孕患者的临床疗效。方法 72例PCOS伴不孕的患者随机分为2组:对照组(35例)直接给予促排卵(克罗米芬)治疗;试验组(37例)给予炔雌醇环丙孕酮(降低雄激素水平)3个月后,再用克罗米进行促排卵治疗。观察试验组治疗前后临床症状、血清性激素水平、盆腔超声的变化及不良反应;同时观察2组的排卵率和妊娠率变化。结果治疗后,试验组的18例痤疮患者中,7例痤疮消失,3例症状缓解;试验组的12例多毛患者中,9例显著改变。治疗后,试验组的血清促黄体激素(LH)、睾酮(T)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)水平明显降低(P<0.05)。试验组与对照组的排卵率分别为82.72%,55.23%;2组的妊娠率分别为30.90%,15.24%,2组排卵率(P=0.000)和妊娠率(P=0.007)差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论炔雌醇环丙孕酮治疗PCOS伴不孕患者可以改善患者的临床症状,降低LH、T、FSH水平,提高排卵率和妊娠率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects of ethiny lestradiol and cyproterone acetate tablets(Diane-35) in the treatment of infertile patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods Seventy-two cases suffering from PCOS with infertility were selected and divided into two groups:control group(n=35) and treatment group(n=37).Patients in control group were given clomiphere cltrate.While the patients in treatment group were given clomiphere cltrate after treatment with Diane-35 for three months.The changes levels of the sex hormones and ovarian volume in two groups before and after treatment were observed.The ovulation and pregnancy rates of two groups were observed.Results Among the 18 cases of acne patients,the symptom in the 7 cases of the all was disappeared;3 cases of the all was remission.Among the 12 cases of crinosity patients,the symptom in the 9 cases of all was improved.The level of the luteinizing hormone(LH) and testosterone(T) and follicle-stimulating(FSH) in treatment group was significantly decreased after treatment.The ovulation rate and pregnancy rate in the treatment group were superior to the control group(82.72% vs 55.23%;30.90%vs 15.24%,respectively).There were significant differences between the two groups.Conclusion Diane-35 can improve the clinical symptom of the patient with PCOS,decreased level of the sex hormones,and increased the ovulation rate and rate pregnancy rate.更多还原
