【摘要】 目的观察黄葵胶囊治疗2型糖尿病合并肾脏损害的疗效。方法 36名2型糖尿病合并肾脏损害的患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,2组均进行常规治疗,在此基础上,治疗组加服黄葵胶囊(每次2.5 g),每日3次,疗程为8周。治疗前和治疗8周后,观察2组患者的血尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(SCr)和24 h尿蛋白定量的变化。结果与对照组相比,治疗组24 h尿蛋白定量明显下降(P<0.05)。结论黄葵胶囊能够减少2型糖尿病合并肾脏损害患者的尿蛋白,延缓血肌酐上升。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the curative effect of Okra capsule in treatment of diabetic with renal damage.Mehods Thirty-six patients of diabetic with renal damage were randomly divided into treatment group which was treated with traditional therapy and okra capsule(2.5 g three times per a day,duration of 8 weeks) and control group which was treated with traditional therapy.The blood urea nitrogen(BUN),serum creatinine(SCr) and 24 h urine protein quantitate were respectively detected and compared before treatment and after treatment.Results Compared with the control group,there was significant difference in 24 h urine protein quantitate between experimental group and control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Okra capsule has better curative effect on diabetic with renal damage.更多还原
