【摘要】 目的观察阿立哌唑对难治性抑郁症的疗效及认知功能的影响。方法用入院顺序分层随机法,80例难治性抑郁症患者随机分为研究组(阿立哌唑+文拉法辛缓释片)和对照组(文拉法辛缓释片+安慰剂),在治疗前、后的4,8,12周末,分别用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、副反应量表(TESS)评定疗效和副作用。韦氏记忆量表(WMS)评定治疗前后对照组与正常组患者认知功能的改变。结果治疗12周后,研究组在改善再认、联想及记忆商(MQ)方面明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。HAMD总分及各因子分,研究组较治疗前明显降低;而治疗因子分,研究组显著低于对照组。TESS评分,治疗后4周末,研究组高于对照组;而8,12周末,2组无显著差异。结论阿立哌唑对难治性抑郁症的疗效确切,对认知功能有一定的改善。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effects of aripiprazole combined with venlafaxine in the treatment of treatment-refractory depression and cognitional function.Methods Being used the vendom control study,80 treatment-redfractory depression were divided into study gooup(aripiprazole and venlafaxine) and control group(venlafaxine and placebo).Effects and side effects were assessed with the Hamilton depression rating scale(HAMD) and the Clinical global impression(CGI) and the Treatment emergent symptom scale(TESS),respectively.The cognitional function of change was assessed by surname memory quantity form(WMS) before and after treatment.Results The research set recognizes again in the improvement,association of thought and memory the company(MQ) in study group was higher than control group 12 weeks after treatment(P<0.05).The HAMD total score and each factor separately was lowered obviously compared with before treatment in study group,but the each factor scores in study group were lower than that control group.The scores of TESS in control group was lower than the study group in 4 weeks after treatment.There was not significantly in 8,12 weeks.Conclusion Aripiprazole combined with venlafaxine is effective in the treatment of treatmene-refractory depression,have the certain improvement to the cognition function.更多还原
