【Abstract】 The summary of the construction projects of clinical key specialty covers the three aspects: project significance,goal and administrative rules. The authors make the exploration of the steady development of hospitals w ith the construction of clinical key specialty and study the management in the present situation by taking the example of otolaryngological department as provincial clinical key subject.
