多层螺旋CT及后处理技术诊断肩胛骨外伤
Diagnosis of shoulder blade fractures by multi-slice spiral CT and post-processing techniques
【摘要】 目的:探讨多层螺旋CT后处理重建技术MPR、MIP及SVR在肩胛骨外伤中的应用价值。方法:对32例肩胛骨外伤患者进行多层螺旋CT薄层扫描后做多平面重建(MPR)、最大密度投影(MIP)和容积重建(SVR)3种后处理重建,得到多平面和3维图像。结果:MPR、MIP重建图像清晰显示肩胛骨骨折的部位,成角情况及细微结构;SVR重建可立体显示骨折移位的程度、骨折和碎骨片情况。结论:多层螺旋CT及后处理能对肩胛骨外伤的诊断提供可靠依据。
【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the application of multi-slice spiral CT(MSCT) and post-processing techniques in diagnosing shoulder blade fractures.Methods: 32 cases with shoulder blade fractures were detected by MSCT and post-processing such as multiplanar reconstruction(MPR),maximum intensity projection(MIP) and volume rendering(VR).Results: MPR and MIP clearly showed the site,angulation and tiny structures of shoulder blade fractures.VR displayed the degree of displacement of fractures and the fragment in 3D image.Conclusion: MSCT and post-processing techniques could provide a reliable basis for diagnose of the shoulder blade fractures.
