【摘要】 目的:分析4种清洁手术围术期抗菌药物的使用情况,以加强抗菌药物应用的管理。方法:采用现场调查480例清洁手术围手术期使用抗菌药物的情况。结果:286例患者预防性使用了抗菌药物(59.58%)。于术前30min至2h给药259例(90.56%),未注明用药时间16例(5.59%),术后给药11例(3.85%)。预防性使用抗菌药物时间在24h以内172例(60.14%),48h以内237例(82.87%)。使用最多的为头孢呋辛钠,无联合用药病例。结论:调查发现在预防性使用抗菌药物时存在不合理现象。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To strengthen the management of antimicrobials usage by analyzing the application of antibiotics in perioperative period of 4 aseptic operations.Methods: Information concerning antibiotics usage in 480 cases was collected through site investigation.Results: Total 286 cases were given prophylactic antibiotics(59.58%).Among them,the timing of administration of antibiotics was 30 min-2 h before operation for 259 cases(90.56%),unknown for 16 cases(5.59%),after operation for 11 cases(3.85%).172 cases were treated with prophylactic antibiotics within 24 h(60.14%),and 237 cases within 48 h(82.87%).No case received combination of antibiotics,and the most used antibiotic was cefuroxime sodium.Conclusion: The application of prophylactic antibiotics is still irrational,and hospital should strengthen the management of antibiotics.更多还原
