339株铜绿假单胞菌的分布及药敏结果分析

【摘要】 目的:了解铜绿假单胞菌在我院的临床分布及耐药特点。方法:采用法国梅里埃VITEK 2Compact全自动微生物鉴定及药敏分析系统操作,药敏结果根据美国临床实验室标准化研究所相关文件判读。结果:临床分离出的339株铜绿假单胞菌,其中痰及咽拭子标本中检出率最高,占67.26%,对14种抗菌药物存在不同程度的耐药,其中亚胺培南、丁胺卡那霉素、哌拉西林/他唑巴坦对铜绿假单胞菌的敏感性均在80.00%以上,对头孢曲松、头孢噻肟耐药率高达97.05%和96.17%。结论:我院铜绿假单胞菌重症监护病房分离率最高,占30.68%,以痰及咽拭子标本为主;亚胺培南、丁胺卡那霉素、哌拉西林/他唑巴坦可作我院铜绿假单胞菌感染治疗的首选药物。

【Abstract】 Objective:To understand the clinical distribution and drug resistance characteristics of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in our hospital.Methods:BioMerieux VITEK 2 Compact Automatic Bacteria Identification and drug analysis system was adpopted,and drug sensitivity results were interpreted based on the relevant documents of the Clinical And Laboratory Standards Institute(CLSI).Results:Of the clinically-isolated 339 strains of seudomonas aeruginosa,the highest detection rate was sputum and throat swab specimens,accounting for 67.26%.It had different levels of resistance to 14 antimicrobial drugs,of which imipenem,amikacin,piperacillin/tazobactam had higher sensitivity to pseudomonas aeruginosa(more than 80.00%),while pseudomonas aeruginosa had higher drug resistance to ceftriaxone,cefotaxime with a respective resistance rate of as high as 97.05% and 96.17%.Conclusion:The isolate rate of pseudomonas aeruginosa in ICU in our hospital is the highest,accounting for 30.68%,which are mainly sputum and throat swab specimens.Imipenem,amikacin and piperacillin/tazobactam can be used as drug choice in the treatment of pseudomonas aeruginosa in our hospital.
