【摘要】 目的:探讨腹腔镜辅助小切口治疗在胸外科疾病诊治中的价值。方法:随机抽取传统开胸手术部位相同的27例进行治疗结果、并发症等进行比较。结果:本组27例腹腔镜辅助小切口在胸部疾病手术中出血量、手术时间、术后并发症、术后拔管时间、下床活动时间、住院时间均少于传统手术,治疗效果相似。结论:腹腔镜辅助小切口在治疗胸部外科疾病的诊治中安全、有效和微创。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To discuss the value of the treatment of laparoscope assisted small incision in thoracic surgery diseases.Methods:27 cases of patients performed thoracotomy at the same surgical site as patients with traditional thoracotomy were randomly selected,and their treatment outcomes and complications of the patients were compared.Results:In the laparoscopic assisted small incision surgeries,the blood loss,surgical time,postoperative complications,postoperative extubation time,leaving bed time and hospital stay of the patients were less than those of patients performed traditional thoracotomy,though they were with the similar treatment effect.Conclusion:Laparoscopic assisted small incision surgeries applied to the thoracic surgery diseases are safe,effective and minimal invasive.更多还原
