转型中的师范高等专科学校实训基地管理与运行机制研究——以桂林师范高等专科学校为例
Research on the Management and Operating Mechanism of the Practical Training Bases of Normal Colleges in Transformation——Taking Guilin Normal College for example
【摘要】 以桂林师范高等专科学校为例,分析师专在实训基地的管理和运行中存在的问题,提出师专加强实训基地管理,实现实训基地效益最大化的对策和思考。
【Abstract】 Taking Guilin Normal College as an example,the paper analyzes the existing problems in the management and operation of the practical training bases of normal colleges and proposes the measures to strengthen their management and achieve their maximum benefits.
