600MW超临界锅炉再热器事故减温水量大原因分析及措施
Measures and Cause Analysis on the High Attemperation Water Flow in Reheater of 600 MW Supercritical Boiler
【摘要】 对600 MW超临界锅炉再热器事故喷水量高的原因进行了分析,指出入口汽温高、运行氧量高、入口烟温高以及受热面面积布置偏多是再热器事故喷水量大的主要原因。通过采用将再热器烟气挡板关小到20%~40%、将不同负荷下运行氧量降低0.6~1.1个百分点、合理调整吹灰程序人为增加再热系统沾污程度等方式,有效减少了减温水量30~40 t/h。建议电厂通过减少再热系统受热面、增加省煤器受热面等改造,在保证排烟温度不升高的情况下进一步减少再热系统事故喷水量。
【Abstract】 The cause of the high attemperation water flow of 600 MW Supercritical Boiler is analysed,point out that the high inlet steam temperature,the high running oxygen,the high entrance smoke temperature and the more heating surface area are the main causes of the large amount of attemperation water in reheater.By adopting the reheater gas baffle down to 20% ~40%,by adopting oxygen to reduce 0.6%~1.1%,and reasonably adjusting the blowing process,attemperation water flow is decreased by 30~40 t/h.Suggestions are to reduce the more attemperation water flow by reducing the reheater heating surface area,and increaseing the economizer heating surface area in the case of ensuring exhaust temperature does not rise.
