填料塔中单乙醇胺吸收CO2的脱除率研究

【摘要】 在弹簧式玻璃填料的填料塔中模拟工业脱碳,用Monoethanolamine(MEA)溶液与模拟烟气反应。研究填料塔沿程上MEA溶液浓度、CO2分压、以及MEA溶液流量和烟气流量组合下对脱除率的影响。实验结果表明,脱除率会随着MEA浓度增加而升高;不同吸收液流量和烟气流量的组合对脱除效果影响明显,本质可能是反应物摩尔比对脱除过程的影响。当反应物摩尔比大于4时,CO2的脱除率接近90%。

【Abstract】 To simulate industrial application of the removal of carbon dioxide with amine solution,a study of carbon dioxide absorption in monoethanolamine solution has been carried out in a packed absorber filled with spring type glass packing.Effects of experimental variables on CO2 removal efficiency along the column were considered,including concentration of MEA solution,liquid flow rate and gas flow rate.Experiments results show that increase of the MEA concentration has positive effect on CO2 removal efficiency,different combinations of liquid and gas flow rate have important effect on CO2 removal efficiency,and the essence of this phenomenon may be attributed to the effects of molar ratio of reactants.CO2 removal efficiency can nearly reach 90% when the molar ratio of reactants is over 4.
