全尺寸燃煤锅炉NO_x排放多影响因素的数值模拟分析
Numerical Simulation and Analysis on the Influencing Factors of NOxEmission in Full Scale Coal Fired Utility Boilers
【摘要】 煤粉锅炉产生的大量氮氧化物是当前亟待解决的环境污染问题。通过CFD软件平台,以1台四角切圆锅炉为研究对象,建立了混烧情况下煤粉燃烧氮氧化物生成的计算模型,并通过正交方法设计工况,进行数值模拟,研究了影响NOx排放的不同因素。结果表明:过量空气系数是影响NOx生成的最重要因素,NOx排放浓度随着过量空气系数的增大而增加;增加SOFA风量和采用低位磨也能降低NOx排放;另外,锅炉负荷、燃用煤种、煤粉细度也对NOx排放有一定影响。
【Abstract】 Nitrogen oxides produced by coal-fired boilers leads to serious environmental pollution, which have to be solved urgently.Based on commercial CFD software,a numerical model of a utility boiler was set up to study the combustion behavior and pollutant emission of coal blends.The orthogonal design was applied to choose various conditions for simulation, and different factors influencing NOxemissions were studied.
