【摘要】 为了更简洁明了地评价城市路网服务水平,避免在传统评价方法中所需的繁杂过程,因此尝试对路网服务水平确定方法进行改进。引入基于路网服务水平的容量基本模型,进一步考虑时间和空间对资源的影响,以此为基础对容量模型进行改进。用改进后的模型,结合城市的交通需求比例情况,计算得到在各等级服务水平下各等级道路对应的车速范围。结合城市道路的实际车速运行状况,确定道路网的现状服务水平。最后结合某一城市的道路网实例,使用传统容量判断方法与车速范围模型分别对同一路网的服务水平进行评价,并将2种方法评价的效果进行对比。通过实例表明,车速范围模型能对道路网服务水平作出准确的评价,而且计算过程较传统方法更简洁明了。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to evaluate the service level of urban road network more concisely and avoid traditional complicated process,the method for determining the service level is improved.The basic model based on the service level of road network capacity is introduced.Considering the influence of time and space on resources,the model is improved.Based on the improved model and the actual traffic demand ratio,the ranges of speed corresponding to each level of service are calculated.According the actual operating conditions of an urban road network,the service level of the road network is evaluated with the traditional method and the speed range model,and the results are compared.The example shows that the speed range model is accurate and more intuitive for the evaluation.更多还原
