基于水分传感器的变量穴施水穴播机的设计
Design of a sensor-based variable rate irrigating hill-seeder
【摘要】 针对我国西部地区抗旱播种作业人力、物力投入大,效率低的问题,借鉴精细农业变量作业的思想,集成应用微控制器、传感器及变量控制技术,设计了一种基于水分传感器、可实时根据土壤水分含量高低而自动改变施水量的玉米穴施水穴播机;提出和设计了由主、副微处理器组成的双核控制方案,实现了在穴播的同时进行穴施水作业,达到了既抗旱又节水的目的。采用交替表面施播和正常施播法进行了田间水种同步的试验,试验结果表明,种子与施水区域中心平均距离为2.5cm,同步率可达95%。
【Abstract】 Focusing on the problem of requiring a large number of labors and low efficiency in the processing of alleviating drought during sowing in arid and semiarid regions in western China, a sensor-based variable rate irrigating maize hill-seeder was designed, which could adjust water application automatically according to the difference in soil moisture content in the field. The seeder, integrated with microprocessor, sensor and variable rate application technologies could meet the purpose of drought-alleviating and water-saving. Field experiments showed that the mean distance between seeds and water application area center is 2.5cm, and the overall synchronization rate between seeds and water reached 95%. The results indicated that the variable rate irrigating hill-seeder can be used for simultaneous seeding and watering under drought conditions.
