2BQD―4型制种大田两用精播机的研制

【摘要】 目前,制种通常采用大田播种机进行,其缺点是父本、母本难以分置,不能按精确比例播种,混播会造成浪费原种、播种质量差、生产率低等问题。2BQD―4型制种大田两用精播机具有双吸双播可控变换的单体,吸室居中,分居吸种盘两侧,设置两个种箱,可播双苗带,还可单侧工作,这一特殊结构为种子田父本、母本的交替播种带来方便,扩大了机具的适用范围。

【Abstract】 At present,the seed is usually carried out by field planter,whose disadvantage is that the parents are difficult to split and can not sow in precise proportions.The mixed sowing will cause the waste of the original seeds,poor quality of sowing,low productivity and other problems.The 2BQD-4 type seed production field dual-use precision sowing machine with a double suction double sowing controlled the transformation of the monomer,the suction chamber center,separated from the suction plate on both sides,and set up two kinds of boxes.Broadcast with dual Miao can also be unilateral work.Its special structure is convenient for parental version in the seed fields to transform seedlings,which expands the scope of application of the equipment.
