【摘要】 运用层次分析法构建了蓝莓组织培养工厂化育苗经济效益的评价模型,并对相关影响因素进行了探讨,分析了获得了各影响因素对目标层的权值。结果表明,市场需求状况、灭菌方式和培养基成分对蓝莓组织培养工厂化育苗经济效益的影响程度较高,其综合权值分别为0.283、0.189和0.121。研究结果为蓝莓组织培养工厂化育苗方案的设计和优化提供了科学依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Economic benefit hierarchical model of industrialized seedling production by tissue culture of blueberry was built based on analytic hierarchy process.The related factors were discussed and the weight of each factor to the target layer was evaluated.The results showed that the factors of market demand situation,sterilization method and culture medium composition were highly related to the economic benefit of industrialized seedling production by tissue culture of blueberry,the comprehensive weights were 0.283,0.189 and 0.121respectively.The results provide a scientific basis for the production program selection and improvement.更多还原
