注重农机与农艺复合型人才的培养研究

【摘要】 农业机械化的实质是基于某种规模化种植模式的农机与农艺的融合。丘陵地区是四川的主要农业区,这种规模化的种植模式就是旱地新三熟"麦/玉/豆"模式,但机械化水平低,需要培养大量具有农机和农艺知识的复合型人才来促进农机与农艺的融合。人才的培养立足高校,面向所有生产参与者,紧密联系科学研究和生产实际,培养和提高大众的农机与农艺结合的意识,通过开展研究提高学生的农机与农艺结合的理论水平,通过实践提高学生的创新能力。

【Abstract】 The essence of agricultural mechanization is the combination of farm machinery and agriculture upon a scale planting mode.Hilly area is the main agricultural region of Sichuan with the scale planting mode of wheat/maize/soybean on dry land.The mechanization level of hilly area is low and a large number of farm machinery and agricultural compound talents is badly needed to facilitate the process of mechanization.Talents training should keep a foothold in higher education while orienting to all agricultural production participants,and ties closely to scientific research and practice to develop the public awareness,theoretical level and innovation ability of students with relation to the integration of farm machinery and agriculture.
