【Abstract】 Comprehensively improving the quality of talent-development requires the close cooperation between student management and education work, to fully function " one body with two wings". The transformation of college student management needs a change in the traditional model that gives priority to explicit ideological and political education as well as rigid management; also the student-oriented talent cultivation service concept needs to be strengthened. It asks for an extension of its job responsibilities around constructing a many-pointed development platform. Meanwhile, by driving the organization structure change of student work, it is hoped to establish a multi-dimensional education service network, a full participation student education management team and a comprehensive evaluation mechanism focusing on the integrated development of students through changing evaluation means.更多还原
