【摘要】 目的对青岛国际机场的出入境航空器携带病原真菌污染分布进行分析及鉴定。方法在航空器不同部位采集样本,采用传统微生物学及分子生物学鉴定技术相结合的方法对航空器携带病原真菌进行鉴定分析。结果在出入境航空器中发现真菌258株,已鉴定出235株,共7个属种,分别属于青霉菌属(39.9%),曲霉菌属(35.7%),及其他检出率较低真菌(毛霉属、根霉属、枝孢菌、隐球菌属)。结论分析显示在机舱不同部位病原真菌检出率及类别有显著不同。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To take entry-exit aircrafts as the representative, at Qingdao International Airport, to analyze and identify the aircraft carrying pathogenic fungi pollution distribution.Methods The samples were taken in different parts of aircraft, and analyzed by combination method of traditional microbiology and molecular biology identification technology.Results A total of 258 strains of fungi were identified, the detection rate was:Penicillium(39.9%),Aspergillus(35.7%),Aureobasidium pullulans(7.7%) and other low.Conclusion Analysis showed that in the different parts of aircraft, detection rate and categories of pathogenic fungi and are significantly different.更多还原
