【摘要】 创业板上市公司具有较高的成长性么?本文从这个角度出发,利用突变级数法和熵值法,对创业板上市公司的成长性进行评价,在成长性评价的基础上,利用面板数据模型对创业板上市公司的成长性和企业绩效进行关联分析,实证研究的结果表明:企业成长性和企业绩效正相关,企业规模效应的机制并不明确。因此创业板上市公司要关注企业的成长性,同时要注意适度规模。更多还原

【Abstract】 Whether listed companies on GEM have high growth?From this perspective,used catastrophe progression method and entropy method,we evaluate the growth of the companies listed on GEM.Based on the evaluation of the growth,we use a panel data model of growth and business performance of companies listed on GEM for association analysis,and empirical research results show that:the corporate growth and corporate performance is positively related to firm performance,and size effect mechanism is not clear.GEM listed companies should pay attention to the growth of the enterprise,at the same time pay attention to the appropriate scale.更多还原
