【摘要】 本文采用LM单位根检验对中国电力消费总量的时间路径进行了研究。研究发现:1978～2009年间中国电力消费总量为带有两次结构突变的趋势平稳过程,电力消费总量序列对随机冲击具有"短记忆"性质。这对相关能源政策、经济发展战略与措施的有效性论证具有一定的启示作用。更多还原
