大白刺形态与结构的生态适应性分析

【摘要】 通过对大白刺形态特征与解剖结构的观察分析。结果表明:大白刺植株矮小,根茎比率大,基部分枝密集可积沙成丘,为沙埋生根并萌生新枝创造了必需的水分条件;枝端针刺状,叶肉质化;表皮角质层显著,茎中输导组织和机械组织发达;环栅型叶肉并多有储水细胞和含胶细胞分化;大白刺具有雄性可育与雄性不育种内分化,其区别在于雄性不育株的花更小,花色更淡,花丝极短,花药干瘪皱缩,无花粉粒,花柱明显伸长;可育株花丝长,花药饱满,黄色,花粉粒布满花药。

【Abstract】 According to the observation and analysis of morphological characteristics and the anatomical structure of vegetative organs of Nitraria roborowskii Kom,the results are as follows: this plants are relatively short,the ratio of root to stem is greater,dense base branches can form heaps of sand to hills,in order to create moisture conditions.Buried branches can form roots and produce new branches.Tip of branches specialized into acupuncture shape,leaves are succulence.Cuticle of epidermis is remarkable;conducting and echanical tissues in the stem are highly developed.Ring-palisade type of mesophyll cells are differentiated number of water storage parenchyma and gutta containing cells.There are two intraspecific differentiations in Nitraria roborowskii Kom: male fertile and male sterile.There is a big different in their flowers,male sterile flowers are smaller,and their colour is much lighter,filaments are very short,anthers are thin and shriveled,and can not form the pollen grain.Style is obviously elongated.But filaments of male fertile flower are long,anthers are plump and yellow,and filled with pollen.
