【摘要】 高校学生干部的培养对在学生当中形成良好的示范作用、推进高效有序的学生管理有着重要的意义。本文以右江民族医学院为例分析了民族地区高等医学院校学生干部群体中工作积极性缺失的原因,并进行了对策探讨,即主要通过构建由学生干部管理制度、培训制度、学生工作平台建设制度、奖惩制度、精神激励机制等组成的激励体系来解决存在的问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 Cultivation of college student cadres can form good role models among students.It is of great significance to promote the efficiency and ordering of student management.Taking Youjiang Medical College for Nationalities as an example,this paper analyzed the reasons why the cadres group in medical colleges of the minority areas lacking working enthusiasm,and relative countermeasures were discussed.The problems will be solved mainly by the incentive mechanism consisting of the management system of student cadres,the training system,the construction system of working platforms for students,the reward and punishment system,and the spiritual incentive mechanism.更多还原
