聚氨酯/苯乙烯弹性体复合材料的合成及性能
Synthesis and Performance of Polyurethane/Styrene Elastomer Composite
【摘要】 以聚醚多元醇、2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯和甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯为原料合成端基含双键的聚氨酯封端预聚体,再加入苯乙烯单体和2-羟基-2-甲基-1-苯基-1-丙酮光敏引发剂,在紫外光照下以自由基共聚合方式合成聚氨酯/苯乙烯弹性体复合材料。研究了苯乙烯单体用量、光照时间和引发剂用量对复合材料性能的影响,并用红外光谱(FT-IR)和差示扫描量热分析(DSC)对产物进行了表征。结果表明,聚氨酯封端预聚体与苯乙烯单体质量比为10∶9,引发剂质量为苯乙烯单体的0.6%,紫外光固化3 h时,产物力学性能良好,且为无规共聚结构。
【Abstract】 Using blocked polyurethane prepolymer with double bond in the end, styrene and 2- hydroxy- 2-methyl-1- phenyl-1-acetone, polyurethane/styrene elastomer composites were prepared by free-radical copolymerization under UV irradiation. The blocked polyurethane prepolymer was synthesized with polyether polyol, 2, 4-toluene diisocyanate and methyl acrylic hydroxy ethylester. The effects of styrene contents, time of light length and dosage of initiator on the properties of composite material were investigated by FT-IR and DSC. The results indicate that the properties are better when the mass ratio of blocked polyurethane prepolymer to styrene is 10∶9, the mass of initiator is 0.6% of the styrene monomer, the illumination time is 3h, the elastomer composite is a random copolymer.
