光引发交联改性对尼龙6性能的影响

【摘要】 在光交联剂的存在下,研究紫外光辐照交联改性尼龙6。通过凝胶含量测试、衰减全反射红外光谱、热重分析和差示扫描量热法(DSC)考察了紫外光辐照尼龙6的交联特征及相关性能。结果表明,当紫外光辐照5s时,凝胶含量达到99.2%,拉伸强度从60.0MPa增加到73.2MPa。紫外光辐照后,尼龙6的结晶度和熔点下降,热稳定性提高。在光交联同时,尼龙6表面也发生光氧化降解,并随辐照时间的延长而加剧,导致尼龙6的力学性能下降。

【Abstract】 The photoinitiated crosslinking and properties of photo-crosslinking nylon 6 was studied by the determination of gel content,attenuated total internal reflectance Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(ATR-FT-IR),thermogravimetric analysis(TGA),differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) and mechanical measurements.The results show that the gel contents of nylon 6 reach 99.24% from original zero and the tensile strength increases from original 60.0MPa to 73.2 MPa after 5 seconds irradiation.Furthermore,both of the crystallinity degree and melting point of nylon 6 decrease steadily,and the thermal stability of nylon 6 increases apparently with the irradiation time increasing.The surface photo-oxidation in the photoinitiated crosslinking of nylon 6 was also observed evidently with the extension of the irradiation time,leading to decrease in the mechanical properties of nylon 6.
