PET径迹-刻蚀膜表面ATRP可控接枝制备双响应性分离膜

【摘要】 首先对聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)径迹-刻蚀膜表面用乙二胺进行胺化处理,然后与2-溴异丁基溴反应,引入原子转移自由基聚合(ATRP)所需的大分子引发剂,最后在膜表面可控接枝具有pH和温度双重敏感性的甲基丙烯酸二甲氨基乙酯(DMAEMA)。通过X光电子能谱仪(XPS)、傅里叶变换全反射红外光谱(ATR-FT-IR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)及膜通量测试对接枝膜进行了表征。实验结果证明,通过ATRP反应成功将DMAEMA接枝到膜表面且接枝量随接枝时间延长而增加,膜通量在pH=4及40℃左右会有明显变化,该膜被赋予了PDMAEMA所具有的pH及温度响应性。

【Abstract】 In this article,PET track-etched membranes were first modified by amination using ethylenediamineh,then reacted with 2-bromoisobutyryl bromide(2-BIB).Finally,the membranes were grafted with 2-dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate(DMAEMA) using atom transfer radical polymerization(ATRP) method,which present pH-and thermo-responsive properties.The membranes were analyzed by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),Fourier transform infrared attenuated total reflection spectrometer(ATR-FT-IR) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The pH-and thermo-responsive properties of the membranes were investigated by water flux measurement.The results show that DMAEMA was successfully grafted onto the surface of PET membranes and the amount of grafted DMAEMA increases with the grafting time increasing.The water flux changes much around pH=4 and t=40 ℃,confirming that PET membranes show pH-and temperature-responsive properties.
