【Abstract】 In this paper,first of all we summarize deficiencies of domestic and foreign research on residential price regulation,and then analyze the reasons of implementing residential price regulation,that there are some features in residential market such as monopolization,information asymmetry,externalities,public protection and so on,making residential market rely on market mechanisms completely,which will lead to market failure inevitably.In the end,we propose that our domestic residential price regulation should be suitable for combination of direct regulation and indirect regulation.更多还原
