【摘要】 目的调查东莞市横沥镇35岁以上居民高血压流行状况。方法采用整群抽样方法,对东莞市横沥镇≥35岁的10036户籍居民进行问卷调查并测量血压。结果完成问卷调查、血压测量共9987人。高血压患病率为34.7%(标化为34.0%)。男、女居民高血压患病率均随年龄增长而升高(P<0.01),65岁以上患病率增幅比其他年龄段均更为明显。结论东莞市横沥镇35岁以上居民高血压患病率明显高于10年前广东省平均水平,对大于65岁老年人群需要重点预防。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To survey the prevalence of hypertension in residents at 35 or more years of age in Hengli town of Dongguan city. Methods Questionnaires and blood pressure in 10 036 residents at 35 or more years of age in Hengli town of Dongguan city were determined using a cluster sampling method. Results The questionnaire survey and blood pressure measurement were completed in 9 987 individuals. The prevalence of hypertension was 34.7% (standardization 34.0%). The prevalence of hypertension in men and women increased with age (P<0.01), especially at more than 65 years of age. Conclusion The prevalence of hypertension in Hengli town of Dongguan city is higher than the average level in Guangdong province ten years ago. More attention should be paid to the old people at over 65 years of age.更多还原
