【摘要】 目的探讨胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白-7(IGFBP-7)在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者外周血清和肺癌组织中的表达。方法分别采用ELISA、免疫组化法检测57例NSCLC和17例肺部良性病变患者血清、肺组织中IGFBP-7的表达,并分析IGFBP-7表达与病理参数间的关系。结果 NSCLC组血清及肿瘤组织中的IGFBP-7表达水平均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);NSCLC患者血清及肿瘤组织中IGFBP-7的表达与淋巴结转移、局部侵犯、远处转移和TNM分期有关(P<0.01或0.05)。结论血清及肿瘤组织中IGFBP-7低表达在NSCLC发生、发展及转移中有重要作用,有助于NSCLC诊断及预后判断。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of insulin-like growth factor binding protein-7 (IGFBP-7) in serum and tumor tissue from patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods IGFBP-7 expression of serum and tumor tissue in 57 patients with NSCLC and 17 cases of benign pulmonary lesions was detected by ELISA and immunohistochemistry, respectively. The relationship between IGFBP-7 expression and pathological parameters was then analyzed. Results IGFBP-7 expression of serum and tumor tissue was significantly lower in NSCLC than that in control group (P<0.01), and its expression was correlated with node metastasis, local invasion, distant metastasis and TNM stage (P<0.01 or 0.05). Conclusion IGFBP-7 downexpression of serum and tumor tissue may play an important role in the occurrence, development and metastasis of NSCLC, and may be helpful in the diagnosis and prognostic evaluation of patients with NSCLC更多还原
