口腔黏膜白斑组织转化生长因子-β受体Ⅱ及受体Ⅲ的表达
Expression of TβRⅡ and TβRⅢ in oral leukoplakia
【摘要】 目的研究转化生长因子-β受体Ⅱ(transforming growth factor type-Ⅱreceptor,TβRⅡ)及转化生长因子-β受体Ⅲ(transforming growth factor type-Ⅲreceptor,TβRⅢ)在口腔黏膜白斑组织中的表达情况。方法应用免疫组织化学技术分析临床收集的25例口腔正常黏膜组织、21例不伴上皮异常增生的口腔白斑组织、24例伴有异常增生的口腔白斑组织中TβRⅡ和TβRⅢ的表达。结果 TβRⅡ弥漫性强阳性细胞数正常组织中为40.0%,白斑不伴异常增生组织中下降到32.3%,白斑伴有异常增生组织中下降到19.7%,差异有统计学意义(P=0.039)。TβRⅢ弥漫性强阳性细胞数正常组织中为28.0%,白斑不伴异常增生组织中下降到19.1%,白斑伴有异常增生组织中下降到12.6%,差异有统计学意义(P=0.032)。结论 TβRⅡ和TβRⅢ的表达下调在口腔黏膜癌变过程中是一种频发现象,且可以发生在癌变的早期阶段即口腔白斑组织中。
【Abstract】 Objective To detect the expression of TGF-β type Ⅱ receptor(TβRⅡ) and type Ⅲ receptor(TβRⅢ) in oral leukoplakia.Methods Seventy specimens that represented three clinicopathological stages,25 normal epithelium tissues,21 oral leukopkia(OLK) samples without dysplasia,24 OLK samples with dysplasia,were collected to examine TβRⅡ and TβRⅢ expression by immunohistochemistry(IHC) assay.The K Independent samples tests were used to compare the frequencies.Results IHC results showed moderate-to-intensive homogeneous cytoplasmic and membrane expression of TβRⅡ and Ⅲ in oral normal squamous epithelium.However,TβRⅡ and TβRⅢ staining in the three groups revealed a remarkable decrease in expression from normal specimen to OLK(P<0.05).Conclusion Down-regulation of TβRⅡ and TβRⅢ could occur not only in OSCC but also in the early stage in oral carcinogenesis(OLK).
