植物源红火蚁防控药剂鱼藤根粉剂的基础毒性研究

【摘要】 鱼藤根粉剂是以鱼藤属(Derris Lour.)植物的根部为主要有效成分配制成的粉末状制剂,其中植物鱼藤根(鱼藤酮含量为4%)在制剂中的含量为30%。鱼藤根粉剂是新型的植物源药剂,以撒施方法处理单个蚁巢,田间防控外来入侵红火蚁(Solenopsis invicta Buren)效果显著。按农药登记毒理学试验方法(GB 15670-1995),对鱼藤根粉剂进行了哺乳动物的基础毒性研究,结果显示:鱼藤根粉剂的急性经口和急性经皮毒性均为低毒级别,对皮肤为弱致敏物,对皮肤急性刺激为轻度刺激,对眼刺激为中度刺激,对皮肤和眼的刺激可分别在药后2 d和7 d恢复正常;鱼藤根粉剂的急性经口半数致死剂量(LD50)为2 710 mg/kg(♀)和2 370 mg/kg(♂),其95%可信限为2 000~3 690 mg/kg(♀)和1 420~3 950 mg/kg(♂),急性经皮LD50为大于2 000 mg/kg。

【Abstract】 Derris root dust, containing 30% Derris root material(4% rotenone), is a botanical insecticide developed for single mound treatment against the notorious red imported fire ant(Solenopsis invicta Buren) with significant controlling efficacy in field. The toxicological effect of Derris root dust on animals was tested in room under the guideline of"Toxicological Test Guidelines of Pesticides for Registration"(National Standard of PRC: GB 15670-1995). Results showed that the acute oral toxicity and the acute dermal toxicity of Derris root dust were both low, and the dust could not induce allergic skin response; although the acute dermal irritation was slight and the acute ocular irritation was moderate, skin and eyes could recover 2 d and 7 d, respectively, after being applied with Derris root dust; the median lethal dose(LD50) of acute oral toxicity were 2 710 mg/kg(♀) and 2 370 mg/kg(♂), with the 95% confidence limit being 2 000~3 690 mg/kg(♀) and 1 420~3 950 mg/kg(♂), respectively; and the LD50of acute dermal toxicity was beyond 2 000 mg/kg.
