【摘要】 为揭示穿心莲〔Andrographis paniculata(Burm.f.)Nees〕茎的解剖学特征,运用冷冻切片技术、显微照相的方法,对穿心莲茎的结构进行了解剖研究。结果表明,穿心莲茎由表皮、皮层、韧皮部、木质部以及髓部五部分组成。其茎的横切面呈四棱形,有4个由厚角组织形成的棱角,有较厚的角质层,角质层平均厚度为3.78(±0.74)μm;韧皮纤维少量,木质部导管管孔壁薄,平均为3.89(±0.93)μm,平均弦向直径为10.22(±4.49)μm。更多还原

【Abstract】 The structure of stem of Andrographis paniculata(Burm.f.) Nees was observed in detail by using freezing microtome section method and light microscopy. The result indicates that the stem of A. paniculata(Burm.f.) Nees is composed by 5 parts including epidermis, cortex, phloem, xylem and medullary. The cross-section of stem is 4 prism, formed by the collenchyma. There is a thick stratum corneum around the epidermis, the average thickness is 3.78(±0.74) μm. There is a small number of bast fiber in the cortex. The average tangential diameter of vessel elements is 10.22(±4.49) μm, and the thickness is 3.89(±0.93) μm.更多还原
