【摘要】 在不同水温条件下,采用静水式鱼类毒性试验法,研究镉对倒刺鲃的急性毒性效应。结果表明,在12(±1)℃条件下,镉对倒刺鲃的24、48、72、96 h半数致死浓度分别为14.38、7.18、4.11、3.16 mg/L;在25(±1)℃条件下,镉对倒刺鲃的24、48、72、96 h半数致死浓度分别为10.68、5.77、3.66、2.16 mg/L;两种温度下镉对倒刺鲃的质量安全浓度分别为0.0316、0.0216 mg/L。依据相关分级标准,镉对倒刺鲃属于中毒物质。更多还原

【Abstract】 The acute toxicity o f cadmium(Cd2+) to Spinibarbus denticulatus was studied with the static water fish toxicity test method at different water temperatures.The results showed that,at 12(±1)℃,the LC50 of 12,24,48,96 h for cadmium to S.denticulatus were 14.38 mg/L,7.18 mg/L,4.11 mg/L and 3.16 mg/L,while at 25(±1)℃,the LC50 of 12,24,48,96 h were 10.68 mg/L,5.77 mg/L,3.66 mg/L and 2.16 mg/L.At the 2 kinds of temperature,the safe concentrations were 0.0316 mg/L and 0.0216 mg/L respectively.According to the grading standards,the cadmium was medium toxic to S.denticulatus.更多还原
