【Abstract】 Since the gradual opening of social public sphere, the house owner’s rights protection movement began to rise and become Chinese academic experimental ground to explore the construction of civil society and democratic development. In this process, the public interest and public sphere expand, however, the enthusiasm of the house owner’s right protection committee contrasts sharply with the silence of most house owners. The special mode of the ballot of the committee displays a distinctive style of democracy, that is, peopleoriented democracy, which might be a negative promoting link in the initial period of citizen democratic autonomy development.更多还原
