【摘要】 教育系统在推行软件正版化的过程中,部分学者和院校走入了软件正版化的认识误区.盲目宣传和推行软件正版化,不仅造成了教育经费的压力,也给广大师生造成困惑.通过对软件版权相关法律法规的研究,以及对职业院校中软件使用情况的分析,提出不能把教学研究中出现的软件问题简单地归结于非正版软件,职业院校应当正确区分软件"盗版"与合理使用之间的差异,有所选择地推行软件正版化.更多还原

【Abstract】 Certain misunderstanding of software copyright arose when education institutes advocated genuine software and copyright.Such misunderstanding not only strained the budget but also confused the students as well as faculties.By reviewing the copyright laws and regulations,as well as software application in vocational education institutes,it was proposed that software application relating problems should not be simply attributed to pirate.Instead,the institutes should clearly distinguish between pirate and fair use,and make up the suitable purchasing scheme of genuine software copies.更多还原
