基于Hypermesh和ANSYS的农用车车架模态分析
Modal Analysis of the Agricultural Vehicle Frame Based on Hyper Mesh and ANSYS Software
【摘要】 针对农用车车架自由模态的研究,利用Hypermesh软件功能强大的几何清理和网格划分功能,以及ANSYS软件的有限元分析功能,综合运用它们的优点对农用车车架进行模态分析,获得车架的前10阶固有频率和振型。通过分析讨论车架与路面、发动机等主要激励源的频率耦合关系,验证了车架与外部激励源发生共振的可能性,为车架的结构优化提供了理论依据。
【Abstract】 In Order to study the free model of the Agricultural Vehicle Frame,powerful Geometry clean-up and meshing function of Hypermesh software and finite element analysis function of ANSYS were used. By taking advantage of their merits and analyzing the models of the Agricultural?Vehicle?Frame, its 10-order natural frequencies and vibration mode were obtained. In this essay, through the analysis and discussion of the vehicle frame and the pavement, engines and other major source of excitation frequency coupling relation, the response possibility of the frequencies with the exterior encourage was verified and the conclusions provided the theory basement for structural?optimization of ?Vehicle?Frame.
