竞争环境下零售商负责回收的闭环供应链协调问题
Retailer Take-back Closed-loop Supply Chain Coordination under Competitive Environment
【摘要】 以零售商负责废弃产品回收的闭环供应链为对象,研究竞争激烈的市场环境下,废弃产品回收决策的优化问题。研究表明:集中供应链系统存在最优回收再制造率,最优值与产品流通总利润率、边际需求正相关;与市场需求容量、投资成本系数负相关;如果再制造的收益函数曲率高于投资成本函数曲率,则最优再制造率与成本节约正相关;反之,最优再制造率与成本节约负相关;分散供应链中均衡再制造率低于最优值,系统处于不协调状态;引入目标奖惩合同后,能同时实现供应链系统的协调和帕累托改进。
【Abstract】 Under the fierce competitive market,manufacturers and retailers cannot do pricing freely. Therefore,wholesale price and sale price are no longer the enterprises’ decision variables. In this paper,a closed-loop supply chain with retailers’ response for the products recycling is addressed. For such a supply chain,the optimization problem for product recycling decision is studied. Result shows that,for a centralized supply chain,an optimal remanufacturing rate can be reached. The optimal remanufacturing rate is positively correlated with product’ s distribution margins and margin requirements,while it is negatively correlated with market capacity and cost factor. If income function of curvature is bigger than cost function of curvature,the optimal remanufacturing rate is positively correlated with the cost saving,otherwise,the optimal remanufacturing rate is negatively correlated with the cost saving. When the equilibrium remanufacturing rate in decentralized supply chain is lower than the optimal value,the system is uncoordinated. By introducing a target incentive contract,the supply chain can achieve the coordination and Pareto improvement simultaneously.
