蒙脱土/BMI树脂纳米复合材料固化动力学研究
Curing Kinetics of the BMI/montmorillonite Nanocomposites
【摘要】 文章以烯丙基三苯基溴化磷(AP)作为界面改性剂对钠基蒙脱土进行制备有机蒙脱土(OMMT),采用原位聚合方法制备OMMT/双马来酰亚胺(BMI)预聚树脂复合物,并采用动态差示扫描量热法(DSC)对其固化动力学进行研究。
【Abstract】 Na-montmorillonite was modified with allyl-tri-phenyl phosphonium bromide(AP) to obtain organic MMT(OMMT) and diallylbisphenol A was used as modifier for BMI resin. The OMMT/BMI prepolymer mixture was prepared via in situ polymerization, and its curing kinetics was studied using dynamic differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).
