富马酸二乙醇酰胺磷酸酯的合成及在金属加工液的应用
Synthesis of Fumaric Diethanolamide Phosphate and its Application of Metal Working Fluids
【摘要】 用富马酸与二乙醇胺反应合成富马酸二乙醇酰胺,用五氧化二磷作为磷酸化剂,合成了富马酸二乙醇酰胺磷酸酯,确定了最佳合成条件:富马酸∶二乙醇胺∶五氧化二磷=1∶2∶1(摩尔比);反应温度为135℃;反应时间为6 h。并对合成产品的润滑防锈性进行了测定。结果表明所合成的富马酸二乙醇酰胺磷酸酯具有良好的润滑防锈性能。可将产品应用于金属加工液。
【Abstract】 Fumaric diethanolamide phosphate was synthesized with Fumaric, diethanolamine and phosphorus. The optimum synthesis conditions were established. The optimum synthetic conditions Fumaric∶diethanolamide∶phosphoric = 1∶2∶1(molar ratio), reaction temperature 135 ℃, and reaction time 6 h.Then the antirust, extreme pressure of the product was determined. The product had good antirust; extreme pressure properties.use for metal working fluid.
