用K2FeO4去除印染废水COD的研究
Study on the COD Removal about Printing and Dyeing Wastewater with K2FeO4
【摘要】 K2FeO4既具有强氧化性,同时Fe(Ⅵ)的还原产物Fe(Ⅲ)又可以作为混凝剂,因此能很好去除印染废水CODCr,并且处理成本较低。本文用K2FeO4处理印染废水,结果表明,最佳处理条件为:pH为9,K2FeO4最佳投加量40 mg/L,氧化反应时间15 min,沉降时间45 min,处理不同绍兴印染企业的印染废水,其CODCr去除率均达到了73%~84%。
【Abstract】 The treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater with K2FeO4,Oxidants can do,also,while Fe(Ⅵ) reducing substances in the wastewater produced by the reaction of Fe(Ⅲ),it can be used as coagulant. It can not only remove CODCr well but also reduce the processing costs. In our study,we treat the printing and dyeing wastewater with K2FeO4.The results show that the Optimal conditions: the pH of raw water is 9,the K2FeO4 is 40 mg/L,the oxidation time is 15 min,the sedimentation time is 45 min. The removal of CODCr of printing and dyeing wastewater from different printing and dyeing enterprises in Shaoxing are from 73 % to84 %.
