纯钛TA2真空钎焊用Ti-19Zr-40Cu钎料的研究
Study of Ti-19Zr-40Cu Filler Metal for Vacuum Brazing of Pure Titanium TA2
【摘要】 采用"电弧熔炼-真空甩带-球磨(氩气环境)"的方式制备Ti-19Zr-40Cu钎料,熔化温度范围903.5~909.5℃,实现在低于TA2的β转变温度的条件下对TA2进行真空钎焊。研究结果显示,在真空度为3.0 E-3 MPa,钎焊温度为950℃,保温时间为5 min的条件下进行钎焊,钎料具有较好的润湿性能,钎焊接头的力学性能良好。
【Abstract】 Ti-19Zr-40Cu filler metal was prepared by the method of "arc melting-vacuum rapid quenching-ball milling".The melting range of it is 903.5~909.5 ℃,which means pure titanium TA2 can be vacuum brazed under the temperature of β transformation.The results showed that when vacuum brazing on the condition of vacuum degree 3.0 E~3 MPa,brazing temperature 950 ℃,holding time 5min,the brazing properties of the joint were good.
