静电纺丝中几组不同配比的PCL/PLA的性能比较

【摘要】 采用静电纺丝技术来纺制不同配比的PCL/PLA纳米纤维,研究了电压及PCL/PLA组分的比例等参数对纤维表面形貌及拉伸强度的影响,采用扫描电镜来观察纤维的直径及其形态。用万能试验机测量材料的拉伸强度,发现随着PLA比例的减少,材料可承受的最大应力降低。最后参数优化选择电压为24 kV,PCL/PLA的配比为5:5时可纺出综合性能较优越的纤维。

【Abstract】 The article is mainly about the way in making nanofiber of PCL/PLA under the condition of various proportion with the technique of electrostatic spinning.It studies the affection from voltage as well as various proportion of PCL/PLA on both the surface morphology and the tensile strength of the fiber whose diameter and form will be observed with the help of scanning electron microscope.Universal testing machine will be used to measure the tensile strength of the material.However,with the decrease of the PLA proportion,the maximum principal stress which the material can support will decrease as well.Therefore,while theparameter optimization of the voltage is 24 kV,the proportion of PCL/PLA is 5:5,then the superior fiber with comprehensive qualities will be produced.
