可生物降解高分子助洗剂P(AA-co-MDO)的制备与性能

【摘要】 以丙烯酸(AA)、2-亚甲基-1,3-二氧环庚烷(MDO)为共聚反应单体,采用水溶液聚合法合成了一种绿色环保型高分子助洗剂.考察了反应时间、MDO含量、引发剂含量、聚合反应温度等对共聚产物性能的影响.结果表明:合成的P(AA-co-MDO)共聚物具有优良、可控的助洗性能和生物降解性能,钙螯合力可达到531.32 mg(CaCO3)·g-1,碳酸钙分散力133.03 mg(CaCO3)·g-1,28 d的生物降解率为62.1%.

【Abstract】 A novel green polymer detergent builder was prepared by solution polymerization with 2-methylene-1,3-dioxepane( MDO) and acrylic acid( AA) as monomers. The effects of reaction time,MDO content,initiator content,and polymerization temperature on the properties of copolymer were investigated. The results show that synthetic copolymer P( AA-co-MDO) has excellent but controllable washing assisting properties and biodegradability. The chelating capacity,dispersing of P( AA-co-MDO) copolymer are 531. 32 mg( CaCO 3) ·g- 1,133. 03 mg( CaCO 3) ·g- 1respectively. The biodegradation rate is as high as 62. 1% within 28 days.
