【摘要】 当前,创业型工程人才已成为推动产业发展和社会进步的重要力量。创业型工程人才的培养,应以工程实践训练作为教学改革的驱动力量。从建构主义知识观理论分析得出,基于项目学习的工程创业训练是以实践训练为引领培养创业型工程人才的合理方式。这种培养方式是以基于创业的CDIO模型(ECDIO模型)为背景环境,由一体化课程体系、主体化教学方式和多样化评价体系组成的基于项目学习的工程创业训练。更多还原

【Abstract】 Faced with the current technology-based industrial transformation and upgrading,entrepreneurial engineering talents have become an important force to promote industrial development and social pro- gress.The difference which can distinguish Entrepreneurial engineering talents from those of other types lies in that the former gives more attention and commitment to the establishment of market-ori- ented high-tech enterprises.Moreover,their cultivation should depend on the practical training of en- gineering which serves as a driving force to the teaching reform.From a constructivist view of knowl- edge,the entrepreneurship training based on project learning is a reasonable way to conduct and train entrepreneurial engineering talents.Based on the engineering entrepreneurship training model CDIO, this cultivating mode is a project learning-based engineering entrepreneurship training which integrates curriculum,subjective teaching methods and diverse evaluation system.更多还原
