【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the current situation of industry-university cooperation in the process of talents′training.Under the environment of socialist market economy,industry-university cooperation should take win-win situation as its goal and set improving talents quality as its core mission.Enterprises and universities should deeply cooperate with each other,and the enterprises′whole participation in talents training should be guaranteed.Only by establishing aperfect industry-university cooperation management system and mechanism and enabling the universities more scientifically confirm their market demands,training objectives,training specification,curriculum system and teaching content,can the good connection between industry and universities be well established and the quality of talents training be improved.更多还原
